Mindful Measures is a Learning and Development company providing B2B and B2C products and services. Targeting the busy professional or student who is constantly on-the-go, our products allow clients to rapidly reprogram their mental patterns and habits while carrying on with their day. Our multi-channel strategy leverages our corporate website, Amazon, social media, and even brick-and-mortar retailers. I am proud to have helped thousands of clients across the globe to become happier and more successful.
Developed and launched a brand new product line of programs designed to assist target audience to achieve personal success and aspirations. Development cycle included market research and competitive analysis to identify target segments and white space opportunity, requirements definition for product creation and pricing strategy.
Developed defendable product positioning strategy - branding and multi-channel strategy, product lifecycle management, ecommerce, product design, packaging, and SEM strategies.
Managed product portfolio throughout lifecycle – from concept to end-of-life which included go-to-market/launch marketing, pricing management, promotional efforts through social media marketing, acquisition/SEM activities and ultimately product retirement. Created 12 programs to date with nine currently out in market available through Amazon.
Negotiated product licensing for necessary digital content and IP, and agreements for B2B partnering/co-branding opportunities.
Managed creative team for web development in order to facilitate channel integration.
